You will need to complete the KYC/account verification before you can start using fiat-related services, for example, fiat wallet and UNi card.
1. Enter your personal information (you must be 18 years old to register for the App)
2. Have your ID ready to start the verification.
3. Select the type of ID document that you wish to scan.
- Make sure the environment you’re in is well-lit
- Use indirect light to avoid glare
- Follow the instructions during ID scanning
4. Take a selfie of your face.
- Face the camera directly. Make sure your face is centred and not obscured by any objects (e.g. hats, sunglasses).
- Make sure the environment you’re in is well-lit.
- If you wear glasses, make sure there’s no glare or reflection obscuring your face.
5. Enter your address and provide your Proof of Address (Bank Statement, Utility Bills) for verification before clicking the Next buttom.
6. We will notify you once the verification is completed, which will take 1 - 2 business days.
