- Full legal name
- Scanning of government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, permanent identity card)
- Selfie
- Address proof

Account opening is exclusively through the UNi.Global App therefore please don’t send us the required information by email or through the in-app chat unless we request.
Status of KYC/account verification:
- Missing KYC
Your KYC/account verification is not yet completed.
- Pending KYC
Your application is pending our team's review.
This is a case-by-case process and may take anywhere from a few hours to 1 – 2 business days, depending on many factors (e.g. your country of application, nationality, quality of the pictures, etc.)
If your status does not change within 2 business days, please contact the Customer Support Team. You may be asked to provide us with additional information.
Please be mindful of our instructions and never send us any personal information we did not request (including pictures, scans, PDFs, etc.)
- Approved
Your verification is completed and you can proceed to the full functionality of UNi.Global App.
- Rejected
Regrettably there are certain countries or applicants that UNi.Global will not provide fiat related services and your application will be rejected. Please contact the Customer Support Team if you have any questions.
