How to exchange?

With UNi.Global, you can instantly convert between digital currency and fiat currency, as well as convert among digital currencies.

 

Here are the steps to do the exchange in your UNi.Global App:

  1. Log in to your UNi.Global account → find Wallet at the bottom.
  2. Select the currency you want to exchange to, and tap the Exchange button.
  3. Select the digital currency or fiat currency you want to exchange from.
  4. Enter the amount you want to exchange in either the corresponding From field or To field. Tap Max to exchange all funds in the source currency account.
  5. Click Preview button for exchange rate review.
  6. In the Preview screen, click Confirm button to confirm the transaction.

If your attempt to exchange is unsuccessful, please ensure that you did not enter an amount exceeding the source currency account balance.

 

Note: The trading hours for fiat currency is from Sun GMT22:00 – Fri GMT22:00.
