How to block/unblock my card?

To block your card, follow the steps below:

1. Open the UNi.Global App and tap UNi Card at the bottom. This will open your card screen. 
2. On the card screen, tap the Freeze icon on the top right.
3. Your card is now blocked. You can unblock it anytime by tapping Unfreeze on the same screen. 

If you experience any issues blocking/unblocking your card, please submit a request to the Customer Support Team by navigating to Support  → Chat with Us in the App.
