If you were trying to enable the 2FA and did not receive the OTP on your email or your mobile, please check for the following:
- Resend the OTP again.
- Check the Junk/Spam folder in your mailbox: make sure your spam filters or anti-virus are not blocking UNi.Global’s emails.
If after several attempts you still didn’t receive the OTP, please contact Customer Support Team with your phone number (including the country code) and your Mobile Service Provider.
