If you suspect there is fraud or unauthorized activity occurring to your UNi.Global account, please take the following actions:
- Change your password.
- Check the devise list by tapping on your Profile Icon on the top-left corner of the screen, go to Security → Devices. Remove any suspicious devices from the list.
If the problem is still not resolved, please submit a request to the Customer Support Team by navigating to Support → Chat with Us in the App.
