Account deletion is an irreversible and permanent account action. Once account deletion is completed, account access and all services (e.g. UNi Card) will be suspended immediately. Except for the personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, all account data, including transaction history and wallets, will be permanently deleted. Existing login credentials will not be eligible for future sign-ups.
Your account must have a zero balance before it can be closed. All remaining funds will be forfeited upon account deletion.
To request account deletion, please follow the steps below:
- From the Home screen, tap on your Profile Icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the side menu and tap Delete Account.
- Read carefully and follow the App instructions to prepare for account deletion.
- Tap Delete Account if you wish to proceed.
The request to delete an account will be completed within 3 business days from the date we receive your request. You may be asked to provide additional information to help us verify your identity.
