If you have deposited a token that is not supported by UNi.Global, you may submit a request to the Customer Support Team by navigating to Support à Chat with Us in the App for assistance in retrieving the funds. However, fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases.
Deposits with Incorrect or Missing Addresses
If you have submitted a deposit with an incorrect or missing address, it’s unlikely that fund retrieval is possible. Please pay extra attention when you make the deposit.
