The transaction hash helps you to track and trace the status of your digital currency transaction. You can use it for both crypto deposits and withdrawals, such as when you deposit digital currencies to your UNi.Global account but the funds have not shown yet.
What is a transaction hash?
A transaction hash is a unique string of characters given to every digital currency transaction that is verified and added to the blockchain. It is an identifier labelling each on-chain transaction. With transaction hash, you can look up your deposit and withdrawal history.
How to find my transaction hash?
- Tap the App Menu in the centre of the navigation bar.
- Go into Activities from the App Menu to view your transaction history.
- Select the Deposit or Transfer category, depending on your type of transaction.
- Select the relevant transaction and tap for details.
- You can find the transaction hash under Transaction Hash and the blue hash link at the bottom of the page. The link will direct you to the corresponding blockchain explorer.
The transaction hash and hash link to blockchain explore also appear right after you confirm the deposit or withdrawal.
Note: Your funds will be transferred to the relevant block after the nodes have confirmed the transaction. If the network is congested, it may take longer for your funds to arrive.
